Why Choose Our Notary Public Services?
Navigating legal paperwork can be overwhelming, but getting your Jurats executed shouldn’t be. We provide a seamless experience designed around accuracy, security, and convenience.
A single missing seal or incorrect date can cause court rejections or funding freezes. Our commissioned notaries strictly adhere to state statutes and industry best practices, ensuring your documents hold up under scrutiny every single time.
We work around your schedule, not the other way around. Choose from in-office appointments, on-site mobile notary visits to your home, office, or hospital, or 24/7 Remote Online Notarization (RON).
Time-sensitive paperwork requires dependable service. We provide guaranteed arrival windows for mobile visits, same-day scheduling, and priority after-hours availability when deadlines loom.
Our Steps
Step-by-Step Verification Process
Review your document from top to bottom. Fill in all dates, names, financial amounts, and details. If a section does not apply, write "N/A" or draw a line through it. Never leave blank lines..
Ensure every signer possesses an unexpired, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID) with a photo and signature matching the name printed on the document.
For Jurats, Sworn Statements & Witnessed Signatures: Keep signature lines completely blank—you must sign directly in the physical or digital presence of the notary. For Acknowledgments: Pre-signing is allowed, but you must appear in person or online to acknowledge the signature as yours. When in doubt, wait to sign!
Check if your document requires neutral non-notary witnesses (such as for Wills or Healthcare Directives). Ensure all witnesses are present with valid photo IDs.
